Are You Serving Or Are You Just Selling?

In the world of professional sales men and women, the mantra has always being sell, sell, sell.

Sales people and business people sometimes lose focus of why their business exist in the first place.

The major reason why this happens sometimes is because they have adopted the mind set of just sell, sell, sell.

When you adopt a mindset of just sell, sell, sell. What usually starts to happen Is that you subconsciously start to see your customers, as just another means to an end.

This will make it difficult for you to relate or listen to your customers because, the only thing on your mind is hire me, buy my product or service.

Sales is not just a numbers game, it is first and foremost, a people’s business because you are selling to people not robots.

My advise is to you is this:

Ditch the sell, sell, sell mindset and start adopting the serve, serve, serve mindset.

One of the major keys to increasing your sales is to come from a servant mindset. Remember your business exist to serve your customers and in the process of serving, you get compensated for your service with money.

This is an effective sales methodology, that is often referred to as authentic selling.

Think of how to serve your clients or customer’s and focus on doing just that, and watch your sale volume soar

The way up is down, through being a servant.
