Have you ever felt de-motivated? “Yes” am sure will be your answer because, it is quite a common and normal human experience in every day life.

It’s a hard thing to accept when you focus on a goal or a target, just to find yourself not getting any closer to that goal despite numerous effort which eventually leaves you feeling (De-Motivated).

Your human body needs a constant top up of food in order to give the body energy and strength to keep going. That is the same with your mind. You need to feed it daily with your goals, plans, strategy, plan a, plan b, plan c if need be etc

You stay motivated not by avoiding challenges but by accepting them as a necessary part of the journey

2, You stay motivated by making sure your goals are written down in concreate, but your plans must written down in sand in order for you to be able to change them easily if, and when the need arises without loosing focus on where you going
