Under no circumstance does Sei Coaching International offer guarantees of success related to any of our programs. Your success is entirely dependent on your ability to implement the training provided, and your motivation to implement our strategies.

Since we can’t be certain how well you will take action on our training/coaching/consulting, it is impossible to predict the results that you will achieve.

Our most successful clients are committed to developing business mastery and take diligent action on the guidance that we provide.

We are only 40% of the equation when working with a client. We guarantee the deliverables (e.g that we will provide the promised training) but we cannot guarantee that the client will implement the training provided, and therefore achieve an improvement in business performance.

All of the success stories on this site are case studies of our most successful clients. But since the 80:20 rule applies to almost everything in business, and life, it’s reasonable to assume that the majority of our clients do not achieve the same levels of success since most won’t take the required action.

Sadly, most business owners who go through any training program, by any training provider, do not follow through and therefore do not get the desired results.

Our programs are offered on an “application only” basis meaning that we do not accept any client unless there’s a mutual fit to do so. This means that both the client, and Sei Coaching International, must be confident that the program in question is an appropriate solution for their needs.

Because we’re extremely picky about who we accept as a client, our programs have a higher success rate than the industry standard, but it is human nature than many clients will not implement the training provided.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our product and it’s potential. Any claims made of actual earnings, or examples of actual results, can be verified upon request.

The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, don’t apply to the average client, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation. As with any business endeavour, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will increase your business profits.

1.0 Acceptable Use Policy:

Sei Coaching International is solely focused on providing entrepreneurs with the high quality, ethical tools and information they need to market their businesses on the Internet. None of the information or tools provided on Sei Coaching International web site are intended for unethical or illegal marketing practices, including but not limited to:

1.1 Spam:

Sei Coaching International does not participate in spamming and maintains a zero tolerance spam policy. Those who enter into business relationships with Sei Coaching International (including, but not limited to, affiliates and joint venture partners) and choose to promote Sei Coaching International, products or services, or Sei Coaching International affiliated products or services using spam will have their relationship with Sei Coaching International immediately terminated.

1.2 Harvesting E-mail Address:

Tools and resources provided by Sei Coaching International are neither intended nor permitted to be used for the harvesting of e-mail addresses. Those who have found ways to abuse any of these tools and resources and use them for mass harvesting or spamming will have their relationship with Sei Coaching International immediately terminated.

1.3 Unauthorized Opt-In:

In order to protect our opt-in e-mail list, we are currently in the process of implementing a system by which we will record the IP addresses of all subscriptions, sales, and affiliates. If an e-mail address is subscribed to our system without the owner’s permission, the host of the IP will be contacted and pursued to terminate the user.

1.4 Fraud:

Sei Coaching International will pursue and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any individual(s) who attempt to use our systems, software, or services for the purpose of fraudulent transactions.

Sei Coaching International maintains ethical practices and will not tolerate any misuse of our tools and resources by any third party. If misuse occurs, we will do everything in our power to immediately terminate the relationship and prevent any further misuse.

2.0 Privacy Statement:

Sei Coaching International supports the right of personal privacy and corporate security on the Internet. Sei Coaching International will never sell or market names, e-mail addresses, or any other privileged information about our clients or subscribers.

3.0 Unsubscribe Policy:

Sei Coaching International respects the request of any individual asking to have his/her e-mail address opted-out of our database. As well, every e-mail sent by Sei Coaching International provides an automated unsubscribe option at the bottom of each e-mail. All other unsubscribe requests can easily be processed by sending an e-mail, including the e-mail address you wish to remove, to support@seicoaching.zendesk.com.
